We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Recruiter to lead and execute full-cycle hiring efforts that fuel growth across our Jax Kar Wash locations. In this pivotal role, you’ll own critical hiring initiatives, recruit high-performing hourly and leadership talent, and support two recruiting team members (non-direct reports) through mentorship and workflow coordination. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly, management, and hard-to-fill positions across assigned markets
• Partner with site managers and operations leaders to forecast staffing needs and develop strategic sourcing plans
• Review applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate next steps with hiring teams
• Mentor and support two recruiting team members by offering training, feedback, and workflow coordination
• Oversee job postings and recruitment marketing initiatives to attract top-tier talent
• Manage applicant tracking systems and ensure data integrity across recruiting workflows
• Represent Jax Kar Wash at hiring events, job fairs, and in the community to build pipeline and brand presence
• Analyze hiring metrics and provide regular updates on recruitment performance and trends
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting or HR experience, with demonstrated success in high-volume or multi-site hiring
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members (direct supervision not required)
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems and standard business tools (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Availability to travel between sites and work occasional evenings or weekends as needed

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Ability to be on your feet, walk between areas, and travel to different sites.
• Comfortable working in a mix of office and outdoor environments.
• May need to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
• Must comply with all safety procedures and uniform standards.
