Crew leaders typically earn $45,000 - $55,000+ depending on the location and level of position.
Responsibilities: They include providing our production team leadership, motivation, communication, service, and operational support to ensure maximum guest satisfaction, revenue production and operational efficiency. Other responsibilities include ensuring all facilities maintain a safe, professional and pleasing environment, performing and managing equipment maintenance and maintaining accurate chemical/supply inventories. The Assistant Manager manages people directly, indirectly and through supervisors. In addition, the Assistant works with guests to resolve and prevent service issues and executes other tasks as deemed appropriate by the Location Manager. The Assistant Operations Manager also assists in recruiting, hiring and training, handles scheduling for all car wash personnel and generally contributes to building a team environment.
Qualified candidates will meet the following requirements: High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of one year supervisory experience; a college degree is preferred. High energy, self-starting individual with ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS-Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet). Learns new computer skills quickly. Proficient in the English language (verbal and written). Possess a valid driver’s license; have and maintain acceptable Motor Vehicle Report. Possess stamina and the ability to work outside and on one's feet for extended periods.
Weekends are required, but one weekend per month off can be arranged.
